چکیده

Intelligent Space based on ubiquitous computing is a space which has distributed sensory intelligence and is equipped with actuators. The various devices of ubiquitous sensory intelligence cooperate with each other autonomously, and the whole space has high intelligence, where we can easily interact with computers and robots, and get useful services from them. This paper gives an overview of a system that is based on the Intelligent Space concept. The proposed system is one of the key components of the so called Intuitive Robot Programming (IRP), used for intelligent fast and effective programming of industrial robots. In IRP the desired motion of the robot is performed by a skilled worker. The human motion is captured and its path is edited and simulated. Finally the result can be programmed into the robot.

Designing Path for Robot Arm Extensions Series with the Aim of Avoiding Obstruction with Recurring Neural Network

In this paper, recurrent neural network is used for path planning in the joint space of the robot with obstacle in the workspace of the robot. To design the neural network, first a performance index has been defined as sum of square of error tracking of final executor. Then, obstacle avoidance scheme is presented based on its space coordinate and its minimum distance between the obstacle and ea...

Concept for an Industrial Ubiquitous Assembly Robot

We present a concept of a ubiquitous industrial robot. It has been defined to consist of technologies of artificial intelligence, ubiquitous computing, sensor network and industrial robots. The advantages compared with current intelligent robots are that they are more autonomous and they have cognitive skills. A ubiquitous robot is interoperable with all sensors, computers and other devices aro...

Multisensory shared autonomy and tele-sensor-programming-Key issues in the space robot technology experiment ROTEX

The paper outlines key technologies in DLR’s approach to space robotics. Based on multisensory gripper technology, local on-board sensory feedback, and predictive graphic simulation (with emphasis on sensory simulation) the tele-sensor-programming concept is introduced that allows sensor-based teleoperation despite of large signal delays as well as sensor-based offline programming following a ’...

The AGINAO Self-Programming Engine

The AGINAO is a project to create a human-level artificial general intelligence system (HL AGI) embodied in the Aldebaran Robotics' NAO humanoid robot. The dynamical and open-ended cognitive engine of the robot is represented by an embedded and multi-threaded control program, that is self-crafted rather than hand-crafted, and is executed on a simulated Universal Turing Machine (UTM). The actual...
